Applications are invited from permanent residents of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa possessing the required domicile for the following positions at the Abbottabad Bench:
1. Assistant
2. Computer Operator
3. Senior Scale Stenographer
4. Judicial Assistant
5. Caretaker
6. Junior Clerk
7. Driver
8. Process Server
Terms and Conditions
1. Candidates will be allowed to participate in the ETEA screening test based on the information provided. However, final selection depends on original document verification.
2. Candidates must create a profile on the ETEA website. After applying, they must print the E-Sahulat token and verify it at a NADRA E-Sahulat center. Applications without this verification will not be processed.
3. A separate application is required for each position.
4. Only successful candidates from the ETEA test will proceed to the next stage of selection.
5. Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria by the closing date of the advertisement.
6. Incomplete or late applications will be rejected.
7. Information regarding tests/interviews will be sent via SMS. Candidates must keep their provided mobile numbers active.
8. Age Limit: For positions 1 to 6 and 8, the age will be calculated as of January 1, 2026. For position 7 (Driver), the age will be calculated as of the application deadline. Government age relaxation rules apply.
9. Government employees must apply through the proper channel and provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview.
10. The number of posts can be increased or decreased.
11. No TA/DA will be provided for tests or interviews.
12. Degrees from foreign universities must be accompanied by an HEC equivalency certificate.
13. Salaries and benefits will be according to provincial government laws.
14. Female, minority, and disabled quotas will be observed as per provincial policy.
How to Apply
1. Interested candidates should visit www.etea.edu.pk to apply online.
2. After submitting the online application, a specific Deposit Slip (containing a token number and personal details) will be generated.
3. Pay the fee via EasyPaisa App, Agent, or UBL Omni/Bank.
4. Keep the "Candidate Copy" of the deposit slip safe; do not share it with anyone.
5. Do not send hard copies of documents to ETEA. Documents will be required later during the selection process.
6. The online application form will be available starting April 17, 2026.
7. Deadline: The last date to apply is April 30, 2026.
8. Download and print the Roll Number Slip from the ETEA website when notified via SMS.
9. Test dates and locations will be mentioned on the Roll Number Slip.
10. No separate call letters will be sent via courier/mail for the screening test.
