State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan is currently seeking dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join the Management cadre for our Marketing Division.
Junior to Mid-Level positions are offered in the Marketing Division on a contract basis, extendable upon satisfactory performance. Successful candidates will be based in Karachi, working in a high-impact environment that values performance, integrity, and innovation in the relevant field.
Job Purpose
The purpose of hiring is to develop policy matters of agents (i.e., recruitment, performance review, career advancement, technology advancement, digital transformation/automation, and modern governance). The hiring will also support operational continuity, enhance service standards for participants, ensure strict adherence to SOPs and regulatory guidelines, and mitigate operational risk through improved segregation of duties and oversight.

Age Limit: Maximum age limit is 45 years for all positions.
Selection: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview.
